General Questions
Youth Global Network (YouthGN) is an international youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people worldwide through volunteer opportunities, educational programs, mentorship, and community building. We connect youth across borders to create positive change in their communities.
YouthGN welcomes young people aged 16-35 from all countries. Our programs are designed for students, young professionals, and anyone passionate about making a positive impact in their community and beyond.
Yes! Creating an account and becoming a volunteer is completely free. Some specialized programs or certifications may have associated fees, which will be clearly communicated before enrollment.
Volunteering
To become a volunteer: 1) Create an account on our website, 2) Verify your email, 3) Go to the Volunteer Registration page and complete the application form, 4) Once approved, you'll have access to the Volunteer Dashboard.
We offer various volunteer opportunities including: content creation, translation, social media management, event organization, mentoring, project coordination, and country ambassador roles. Visit our Opportunities page to see current openings.
We have flexible volunteering options. You can choose from part-time (5-10 hours/week) or full-time (15+ hours/week) commitments. We understand that everyone has different schedules and responsibilities.
Academy & Learning
Our Academy offers courses in leadership, project management, communication skills, social entrepreneurship, and more. New courses are added regularly. Visit the Academy page to browse available courses.
Yes! Upon successfully completing a course and passing the required assessments, you will receive a digital certificate that you can download and share on your LinkedIn profile or resume.
Ambassador Program
Country Ambassadors are official representatives of YouthGN in their respective countries. They lead local initiatives, recruit and mentor volunteers, organize events, and serve as the bridge between the global organization and local communities.
Ambassador positions are typically filled through internal promotion of active volunteers or special recruitment drives. Keep an eye on our Opportunities page for ambassador openings, and focus on being an active, contributing volunteer to increase your chances.
Account & Technical
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
After logging in, go to your Dashboard and click on "Profile". From there, you can update your personal information, profile photo, skills, and interests.
